    Super slow motion videos of Roger Federer - hitting mostly forehands and a couple of backhands. Incredible detail of racquet vibrations, him watching the ball, etc.

    Wow! It is truly amaizing to see such detail and how his racquet and the strings vibrates on contact. With so much vibration I wonder if the Nano tec. truly do something. Thanks for the link!

    Great post. I am struck by how soft his hands seem to be at impact. I notice the way that the racquet responds to the impact of the ball. It shows the way that he is allowing his body to adapt and ajust to the position of the racquet, rather than trying to force the racquet and ball to do what he wants them to.

    It's a subtle distinction, but it shows up clearly in this video.
