    obviously wasn't recorded at FO final, I don't think she could hit either shot from what I saw

    Never said it was FO.

    It is a video Analysis of her forehand only one shot going on, it is a 3 D look from all angles. :)

    Does anyone think this helps to see or understand the mechanics better. or is it harder?
