Pure Drive Swirly extended to 27.5 inches
    Grip Size - 4, 7/16
    4, 1/2 butt cap
Pro Hurricane Tour 17 mains, sometimes RPM Blast 17 mains
    VS Team 16 crosses
Both mains and crosses strung at 63lbs
Original TournaGrip, black finishing tape (taped at nearly all the way past the cortex 'V' paintjob)
    Babolat Syntec Black replacement grip
4 inches of 1/4 Gamma Lead Tape at each side of 3 and 9 o' clock
    Elastic/Rubber/Office/Whatever-you-want-to-call-it band dampener

I think this is very accurate.
Also, could someone explain 'pre-stretch' to me??

pretty much but his tension varries and so do his mains, he seems to experiment with the mains. Pre stretch is the stretching of string before it is strung in a racquet to remove coil memory and tension loss :)

Yeah the tension was from around late February - early March.
    So does Roddick pre-stretch?

I've seen Roddick stretch before matches many times. Especially his ankles, he has ankle issues thats why he wears the Stormtrooper cankle shields.

I think the Stormtrooper Cankle Shileds imagry is a true work of linguistic art.

I wrote it while juggling a happy go lucky Citrix consultant at work today.

Inspiration seaps into my skull at the wierdest times.

Saying "extended to 27.5 inches" suggests that it wasn't that way to start with. It's simply a Pure Drive +, which IS 27.5 inches.

Pre-stretch relates to applying a pull to the strings prior to their actual tensioning to stretch the material (usually in an effort to get better tension maintenance). Depending on the specific properties of the string, this may or may not be advisable/helpful.

p.s. My apologies to all other readers of this thread for my serious and literal tone.

Image quality was bad from Santiago due to satellite problems, but it sure looked like black mains (RPM Blast?) in ARod's sticks. Maybe the French Tennis Mafia wants him to help push their latest craze too.

Djokolate, do you mean hard court when you say "hc"? Santiago was red dirt. That's gotta be hard adjusting coz RPM is very different from PHT. I'm not a fan of either. IMHumbleO, go SP Tornado!

I don't think the switches are court specific. He's just been experimenting with a few different string combos over the last few years.

I read that he uses it on HC and sometimes clay.
    But probably not.

He used RPM last time I watched him play, which was in January.

    Agreed.

He seems like hes some adolescent punque from California sitting in his basement with a group of stoners thinking up troll posts to get the glitterati riled up.

May the ban hammers unleash upon him and his cabal of followers.

I miss my ex's oranges. She lived on Genesta off of Ventura Blvd and had this huge orange tree in her yard that bore the tastiest oranges. Truly epic fruits.

    Oranges or peaches

Last we chatted, JD, you were wanting to do some Steve Miller tree shaking for the sound of a GA peach on the phone from L-ville. You are the Gangsta of Love, eh? I think Carl confirmed the hot-ness when he picked up his GHOAT.
