Recently, I just got a new tennis coach and i do 3 INTENSE hours every Tuesday's and Friday's. but i still play everyday for about 1 or 2 hours, not so intense. but always after a tennis lesson my right ankle and knee started to hurt a lot. so after a Tuesday lesson and on Wednesday my right knee and ankle will give me irritations. So should i start wearing an ankle brace? and if so which one which would u recommend?

if it is joint soreness, a brace might not be the answer. braces typically aid in stability issues. do you have a history of rolling or spraining your ankles?

Taping the ankle or using a compression wrap might be more effective than an ankle brace. Some ppl use a compression wrap underneath a brace. Some braces are designed to provide compression.

Are you wearing decent tennis (or x-trainer) shoes that are in good shape. Worn shoes or poorly designed shoes can result in problems. It might be a good idea to see a foot specialist. You may require an orthotic or additional support (heel pad, arch support, etc). A foot specialist should be able to determine which footwear option will work best for your feet, ankles and knees.

I never rolled my ankle before.
IT starts to hurt when i return a backhand(2hand) and then go back to middle but then my coach volleys to my back hand again so i want to get to it fast, so i have a sudden stop from going back to the middle. but 2-3 days its fine, its not a major problem, but just wondering if anything can help me
