He was briefly nicknamed the "Yankee killer" back in 01 when he had another string of wins against Americans, which included his win over Sampras at Wimbledon.

That would've been a lot cooler in the 90's, but these days he was unlucky that it didn't reach 100.

I have my own fed streak going. He has never beaten me in a tennis match.

    For obvious reasons

yeah, well, it's Ireland 1-0 Federer.

One of our best players Conor Niland, career high (229), (349) current

has a win over Roger at junior level!

  7. I guess Fed is something like 120-6 vs Americans since he came on tour
He is also a giant French-killer

  9. Well, unfortunately-not very good since he is 7-13 against their main man...
That alone would make it bad imo

pretty sure he creams every other spaniard out there..

    Almagro - 5-0
    Robredo - 9-0
    Lopez - 7-0
    Ferrer - 9-0
    Verdasco - 3-0
    Ferrero - 9-3
    Montanes - 2 - 0
    Moya - 7-0
any one else? throw some at me, i'll look them up. right now i've got...

58-16...with 81% of losses going to nadal.. lol...

should also mention that all losses to ferrero were pre 2004...with federer only losing in straight sets once...clear back in Auckland 2000. the other two were USO 2000, and Madrid 2003.

His H2H against the Argentines can't be too impressive with his losses to Nalbandian and Canas. Del Potro might pick up a few more wins in the future as well.

    Here's another Spaniard fed owns:

7-0 against Moya, including a victory in 1999 when Fed was 17.
