thats a tough one, because you'd probably mention names of brands which you had bad experiences with....i really think of any...i've had good experiences with nike, russell, champion,...i cant say i'd refuse to wear a certain brand...

I would prefer to wear the more popular brands but guess I would wear just about anything.

maybe you could have posed it like what brands of clothing would you never wear while playing tennis

then i'd name every brand except nike LOL

just good experiences with it and personal preference

in general for off court clothing i'll wear almost anything to keep warm, which is more when i'm at home, but outside i'll wear the more popular brands...

oh yeah i meant to say just tennis related apparel but as for casual wear, f*** abercrombie:D

hey psamp, that factory nike store you went to in Vegas, I got the impression it was something different from an outlet store. is it the same as any outlet store like the one in Gilroy for example, or is this a completely different kind of nike store?

oh well, you edited it behind my back! lol

actually its just a regular nike store...like there's niketown, which is all the latest stuff, always in stock normally..at the regular prices

then there's nike factory store...older stuff much cheaper

they had the vapor 2's in black/green, white/red, obsidian/yellow...$59.99 at the nike factory store

sometimes right sizes are hard to find though

so its the same store...just the niketown was in the caesars casino, just down from a lacoste store, and the nike factory store was in an outlet mall a few blocks away from the strip

las vegas just has both types in the same city

here we got nike factory stores in the great mall and gilroy, and only a niketown in san francisco

ok so by nike factory store you mean a nike outlet store...got you...I'm very tempted to pick up a pair of BF IIs since I've heard so many good things about them but I currenty have 3 pairs of shoes in good shape so I need to be patient. I really like the blues ones but they're still 110:(

when did the BF IIs first come out?

the only brand that i really dislike is under armour. baggy clothes, retarded 1'' wristbands that can't even be considered wristbands, etc. they make great compression clothing but their tennis gear isn't for me.

is their loosegear that baggy? I would agree withthe little wristbands though, looks like something you'd wear on your finger. someone mentioned they don't like KSwiss but I have a couple of their shirts and while the mediums I have are almost impossible to get over my head, i like their style and their shorts are nice too

Of the brands that TW sells, the ones I never click on are Reebok, Balle de Match, K-Swiss, New Balance (don't think of NB as a tennis brand), Prince, Polo & Wilson. It's very rare that I'll look thru Yonex, Volkl or Sergio either, but that's mostly because I don't really know much about them, and Sergio's designs I've never really liked.

Won't wear anything that makes me a walking advertisement for the company. Why pay to promote the company I'm buying from; they should pay us to do that! Any company logo should not exceed 1"x1", placed so it is not obtrusive.

If it doesn't have a Nike SWOOSH on it I am not wearing it.

The "tennis-guy" who shows up and each article of clothing is logo'd with a different company, how silly is that.

Yeah, I wear all adidas, speaking of which I should talk to my friend the adidas rep. I don't know how he did it but he's a coach and he claims he has signed with adidas.

I as Duke of TTW declare war on Lacoste(not the poster), from now on I forbid(somehow) any poster from buying anything from Lacoste. Somehow I'm pretty sure I have this power.....;)

It was an educated guess stemming from your quote of the week!;) I do have quite a few Lacoste polos and a set of black Lacoste tennis top and shorts -- I was in Toronto and was in heaven in the Lacoste boutique. It just sucks that the store did not have much in the Roddick line--I really want that white cap that Andy wears with the croc on the side. Damn you Lacoste for not selling your tennis stuff on the internet or through other purveyors (especially in the States). Open up more boutiques goddamn it!! Realize that people want to buy your ****! arghh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
