Any current racket play just like the N90

It was my holy grail until it cracked. I'm having difficulty finding more for sale, so does anyone have an opinion on what modern racket (that is in generally still sold) that plays the most similar? The K90 is too ugly, but I'll consider it if there is a way to get a N90 paintjob on it.

Search the TW for sale or trade boards. They pop up pretty often on there. I mean, if it's really your holy grail, no sense in changing frames when you can still find them around now and then.

I recommend trying the k90, even if you hate the cosmetic, you can always get creative and spraypaint it. :)

BUT, you really should try the K Pro staff 88, that's probably the greatest racquet I've ever held. It's got a similar headsize and string pattern.

Zielman: it is true that they pop up often in the Classifieds. However, nearly all of them I found have a 4 1/2 grip, too big for my hand. Plus, just look how many ways you can call the racket: n90, ncode tour 90, nSix-One, n6.1, nCode Six-One... you can understand why it is one of the hardest rackets to use the search function on.

Aces09: thanks for your input. Have you played the N90 for an extended period of time for comparison? I cannot afford to buy a racket I'm not 100% comfortable with, and have never tried the KPS88.

    Still looking for more opinions!

The Wilson KPS88 feels similar to the N90.

    Hi iamke55

I am about to try modifying a KPS88 to try and satisfy my urge to replace my old PS 85s. I enjoyed playing the most with the NCode 90s and have 4 of them left. Their lower swingweight just feels way better than the K90.

I have one that is brand new, two that are 9.5 to 9.75 out of 10 condition and one that is about a 8.5 out of 10 condition.

If I do find that I can modify the KPS88 to the feel that I like, I plan on selling these and getting 5 of the KPS racquets.

    My email is playtimefun@hotmail.com
