Thanks!!!! :) I showed that test to my co-workers at the office, and some of my Asian co-workers did worst than me. :)

I got 9 of 18...but I had to guess on some...anyone who says they can tell the difference-other than for people with some of the more obvious facial characteristics of each country-is probably lying. Even the Japanese and Chinese, of whom I know MANY, have trouble on the basis of facial features alone (speech, jewelry, clothes are all dead giveaways), just as caucasions can't automatically differentiate between Germans, Brits, Aussies, Americans, Belgians, etc. Sometimes you CAN and sometimes you CANNOT.

Hope you didn't miss out on all the fresh seafood from that province. I think its the best.
Did you get to play any tennis while you were there?
When I was there I couldn't find any hard courts. All they had was red clay. I had fun though.

Well that is what I am saying. They should have made the test with mostly those with facial features that are common/obvious to each nationality. Otherwise sure you could make the whole test filled with people with nonspecific features and everybody would get around 5-6 right by just guessing. There were actually a couple give aways on the hair styles and clothing styles.

ooo, again, bad luck, I passed too much of it:( . the one thing i still remember what i've eaten is noodle and noodle that i think more far tasteless than china or japan noodle but it's my pleasure to taste 'tom yam kung' as well. maybe in the future i''ll be back and try whatever you said about seafood---yummy (don't want miss for twice...lol).

who would play tennis when it was fully snow-covered, and even there are indoor courts i can't hold on in the frozen air in Dec. Choi, you should were there in June or July, weren't you?

yoyoyo. LA-born south korean here. fer those that don't know many koreans, koreans are a very tight-knit group of people, so i'm guessin dannyjjang (haha, jjang, nice name..) posted this just to check out who here's korean. fer those in so cal, where ya'll located? Anyways, regarding the dude that said he's philipenese, i find it funny you guys question his own knowledge of his own ethnicity. He's saying that he's half filipino and half japanese. Anyways, yea, us south koreans are HOT STUFF! x)

Hey! Actually I would try to meet up with people around my area to play tennis but that's out of my comfort zone. :) Considering I'm the only female Filipino in my area that's on this board, I'm a little bit paranoid meeting up with guys sight unseen.

That's being materialist more so than demanding. If you shower them with gifts you'll have good chances.
