I love the feel and spin it produces...not in love with the price. Anything similar to it?

Cyber Blue is close in terms of softness, but over doesn't seem like anything is really like TCS.

Big Ace is one of the worst polys I've tried, it's color matches TCS but plays nothing like it....

NOTHING like TCS. Blue Gear is another beast entirely. Harsher feel, stiffer, tension loss is similar, starts out really boardy (IMO) and loosens up into something usable after about 4 hours. I was going to cut it out after my first hit with it, but decided to wait to see what happened. I liked Big Ace better.

surely you can scrape up $115. It is well worth it. the stuff is so elastic, you can get 18~19 racquets out of a 200m reel.
