You forgot to include your TW user name along side the frames in your pictures. Google much?
Want me to hold or put a card beside the racquet with my TW username? Anything else you want included....like address contact details?
Hi hoodjem, not on this particular frame (as you can see)
Here's an E-BAY store that sells paintjob pro frames. Michael Chang's Rackets are for sale.
(Just take out the dashes in e bay)
How else would we be able to trust you? I mean, you could have lifted these off the internet. Since you're on a roll alrady, just take one more picture of the frames with your TW user name besides it. Anyway, until then, you're just another scammer/liar.
Ferrer gave his racquet away to a fan in the crowd after the Djokovic match!
After Dominik Hrbaty won his davis cup match to make it to the finals vs croatia a few years ago he threw about 8 of his rackets in the crowd!
Strong words...very strong...not very trusting are you?!!? But then you are only living by the quote you have...
Will taking a picture of both frames with a name card be the truth you need? If not...why not come round and hold the racquets for yourself!!
ps...how about other posters that have put pictures up without the screen names...are they scammers too?
All talk and no action. I'm bored, already.
come on guys....Maria wants you to cheer up.
How about Ivanovic?
Then why keep making snide comments!?! I have taken action...you on the other hand haven't apart from attempt to discredit people...have you done a search and seen other pictures i have posted? Probably not...
The holes on Safin's racquet are some of the most convincing I have ever seen.
You know you can buy Michael Chang's paintjobs in the link i listed above...
I have a match used Andy Roddick raquet from 2003
i wonder whos the lucky person who got djo racquet when he threw his racquet in the crowd after the match wit tsonga
I got Roger Federer's signed Ncode Six-One Tour when he won the Wimbledon. Then i said no thanks... gave back to him.... then Nadal gave me his Aeropro, and I again said nah...
Thanks for the pics. Do you mind taking, weight, balance, and length measurements?
yeah i wondered that too. first one he threw (thought he would keep it since he just won the australian open) i didnt see then the second one he threw it short to some lady...
your a clever one! lol jk..
The interesting thing with this frame is, while there are "FlexPoints" it does NOT have the LiquidMetal Ridges on the inside part of the head. There was also the Midplus with "Flexpoint" but with NO Liquidmetal Ridges on the in side part of the head and with grooves in the throat identical to the PT630.
I have an Aeropro Drive cortex that Ryan Sweeting smashed after he lost to Robert Kendrick in a challenger I was ball-boying. I also have Scoville Jenkins' buttcap from his Pure Control (same tournament)--BY THE WAY--SCOVILLE USES THE ORIGINAL PURE CONTROL WITH A PURE CONTROL TEAM PAINTJOB--HE PERSONALLY TOLD ME
Kendrick threw his racket into the trees at a challenger event in Tallahassee one of my friends got it. He had to climb very high.
Wow, everyone has all these racquets but no one has a digital cameras?? There's like 4 pics in the whole thread.
They gave Kendrick that raquet back.
One of Andy's smashed racquets from Wimbledon a long time ago is sitting in a framed case above my head. So is one of Lleyton's MP Tour 1s.
So, somebody climbed the tree to retrieve the racket... then Kendrick claimed the racket back? If I was the guy getting the racket, and Kendrick was waiting under the tree, I wouldn't be happy.
It was great while is lasted
At this point, I can safely say that I have Bill Tilden's o3 Speedport Black. This thread is done. haha
I don't know if this counts as having a Pro's racquet.
But I've got a TFight 320 that is 28 inches long and has "Exclusive Production Christophe Rochus" and "PT-205-08 (18x20)" printed in the throat area.
I got it brand new, unstrung and with original red TF overgrip.
Grip size is 4-1/4. It also uses grip pallets (like TFight 325) instead of foam molded handle as in stock TFight 320.
Even after replacing the grip with TW leather + Wilson Pro Overgrip, stringing with Gamma Professional 17 and fixing with a red Pete Sampras dampener, the racquet weighs only 321g and balance of 338mm from the butt end!
I have compared this racquet with an off-the-shelf TFight 320. Cosmetically, they are from the same mold and have identical graphics except for the length of the handle.
I've attached some pics.
Pics didn't appear.
Click on the hyperlinks below then:
If that doesn't work too, then just go to my racquet blog: http://myracquetcollection.blogspot.com/2008/09/tecnifibre-tfight-320-custom-christophe.html
It sure counts! this was a custom made for Christophe.
I bought it off the big auction site. When it arrived, it was brand new with plastic covering the original PU Tecnifibre grip.
Absolutely no lead whatsoever.
Something tells me that this frame has not really been tweaked and finely tuned for Rochus yet.
It was probably what I'd call a "base" frame made by Tecnifibre for Rochus to send to a customization company to further custom to his exact preferred specs.
That probably explains why it is so light.
But the graphite lay-up is certainly different!
It feels very stable and solid, yet not as stiff as a stock TFight 320.
God how could I missed this thread?!
I've got a guy who's selling, a: PT-965-AE-07 PU
So the guysays it's a racquet made for Christopher Rochus, no specs on the throat just: PT-965-AE-07 PU
The frame is 28 inches long and weighs 300g unstrung. PJ of Tecnifibre 320 XL. Headsize: 97 sq. inch; String pattern: 18x20
Here's a few that I have:
Sabatini's Prince Graph 110
Navratilova's white RQ180
Capriati's Prince Mid (gray)
Krickstein's Yonex R27
Becker's Estusa (Puma mold)
Edberg's Prostaff (Classic 6.1 cosmetics)
Washington's Yonex RD7
Cash's Yonex RQ180 (gray)
Wilander's F200 Carbon
Chang's Prince Graph 110 (standard length)
Have a Ti.Radical OS with A.A. factory painted on inside of the throat.
Two middle mains are gone, but has an unual hybrid string job in that
the crosses are Gut along with the outside Mains. Rest of mains something
else, I can't tell what.
Grip is leather,size is 4 3/8.
Post some pictures, I wanna see!
I had one from a futures player after it was smashed after losing. It was a babolat pure control team, with a small amount of lead at 6 and 12. Felt very light. Threw it out after a few months as I had a good enough look at it. The player's ranking was about 350 with a top ranking of about 270 so no use keeping a nobody's broken frame.
I have a James Blake 300G that he gave me a few years ago, I just put it on the "bay" a few days ago. It's pretty interesting, very heavy, a different string pattern than the normal version and different even from the euro version. Has of course his name painted on the bottom side of the frame on each side, and no markings inside the throat, looks like a paint job but the faux carbon fiber looks pretty real. Check out pics on the bay if you want, item #120307880990. And before the "how do we know it's yours" crap begins, look at my TW username and **** seller id: actennis = dwoodactennis.
I just looked at the photos of the racquet you posted for sale.
James Blake plays with a custom mold delivered directly from the factory without grips or strings which is then highly customized-length,weight,SW, bablance modification etc by a tuner who also adds James' custom made grip.
Hard to tell from the photos you posted. Does your racquet have these features? If your racquet has these features, you should do quite well on your auction. Otherwise, it's not Blake's racquet. It may be his pre-prince mold, but not his racquet if it doesn't have these features.
I have a Gaston Gaudio Hyper PS 6.1 and a couple Head PT 630s (with FXP pj) that were allegedly Kuerten's.
There's a Japanese guy on here, forget his name, that suposedly has a huge collection of pro players' frames.
Well I watched him take it out of his bag in 2004, play two doubles matches with it (one against me) and then hand it to me, so I am QUITE sure it is his and his custom model. He had a bag of 8 just like it and hit with two of them and gave both of them to me and my partner so there is no real inquiry whether it was his or not.
Are you a pro?
He says he got it at a Pro-Am. He is was likely the Am in the equation.
I'm not accusing anyone here of lying or anything, but seriously, can we see some photos of these special racquets?
For pics of the Head Ti.Rad A.A. personal racquet , it will be on the big auction site this week,
Its paint around top of the hoop is very worn, otherwise solid.
Have you been hitting with it?
No, I never hit it, but it looks well used.
Pics of my Blake racket are on the Big Auction site as well.
Why not post pictures here as well to elevate one of the more interesting threads to near epic status?
