I recently demoed several racquets from TW. Some had the multi and some had poly. I really like the feel of the multi and I wonder which string it is. Anyone know what they use? Or do they use a variety of multis?

Also, can anyone recommend a multi that comes in a reel?

    Thanks!

They use a variety. They use the recommended string that the racquet says so for instance, Wilson used nxt usually and babolat uses addiction I want to say. You could always email them and they will tell you exactly what it was.

You can call them and asked them, I asked about the strings on a racquet I demoed and they were happy to tell me which brand strings they used

I demoed 5 different TW racquets and got 5 different strings. Most of them were actually monofilament synthetic gut, but they were good enough for demo purposes.

Ditto. When I used to demo frames from TW, the string type and brand would always vary - from cheap SG to expensive (but worn out) poly.

To the OP, next time take a snapshot of the name on the string if you can't read it. Many here know strings by their color/texture and where the writing is on the string - along with the font.

They must be tracking that better now. In the past, customers would re-string the demo with their string and TW would leave it in and re-send it to the next customer. That is why the string was always different.
