Do a search for a member named "navnut". He lives in London and has a ball machine. Post a message to one of his threads and he'll likely see it and respond.

If you have a question on ball machines, perhaps I can help you or direct you!?

Sorry - I did'nt see your entire post.

I had the same problem with my new machine. I unscrewed the control panel and found the wires that were connected to the back of the charging socket. I followed (ran down) those wires and found where one (the red one) was not connected to anything. I also saw where there was an empty "prong" or "sleeve" that was connected or attached to the postive post on the battery. I was pretty sure that that was where the red wire from the charging socket should have connected to. But I did'nt want to go connecting wires before I checked with the manufacturer first. I called them and they verified that I was correct - that the red wire should be connected to the "prong" or sleeve that was attached to the positive post on the battery.

I think "Tennis Tutor" out of California manufactures Wilson ball machines. I can almost guaranty you that if you call them (check the web for their phone #), they'll be able to help you. And they will most likely be able help you fix the problem over the phone!

    Good Luck
