Back in the early 80's I remember a racquet made by Head, that was called something like "Extender". All I remember is that it had a standard length grip, then had a very short throat. It had an extremely long playing surface and must have been extra long, like nearly 36 inches. The width of the frame (Cross Strings) was not much wider then then a typical racquet of the day. I have no idea how the racquet would have been strung.

Anyone else remember this racquet?

I would need to see a picture. If I am remembering correctly it had to have about 25 crosses since the head was soooo elongated.
