Why should you buy a 1/2 size arch support rather than just getting a full sized insole with arch support built in? WIth the 1/2 or 3/4 size it just goes on top of the original insole right?

I personally don't like adding arch supports. I prefer the older style sneakers that are designed with arch support. Just my opinion.

On the lighter-weight Nikes (Vapors, but not Resolves, for example) I go an extra half-size bigger on the shoe, then slide a full-sized insole on top. I love the Sole moldable insoles, which you heat to have them form to your foot.
