Ashaway Dynamite 18 Soft Blue/Babolat Pro Hurricane 18

    I am wonderring if anybody it's using this combination?

    Mains: Ashaway Dynamite 18 Soft Blue.
    Cross: Babolat Pro Hurricane 18 String.

    I am going to try it for BA93 ( Prokennex) and tfight 320 vo2 max.

    Nobody? it looks for me a cheap, soft, spiny...option

    I have already ordered these strings and curious if anybody with some experience with them ( tension, strings patern)..

    I would string it up about the same as you would a gut/copoly hybrid, but maybe a little tighter. Let us know how it plays!

    If it's good, you should try Gosen Polymaster II in the crosses next time.

    I have tried the 17 & 18 g ZYEX, string it as you would gut. I don't know how it would hold up to western forehands as I am an Continental old school player . I prefer the solid core ZYEX Monogut as I use the Zyex string as my cross.

    double strung mains?

    After breaking in less than a hour Ashaway Dynamite 18 blue ( was in the mains) with Pro hurricane poly 18 as crosses ( 54/51) I thought of having it double strung in the mains...
    The original setup was for a PK KI15 PSE. I am looking for a bit more control and I was thinking of having Ashaway Dynamite 18 blue double strung at 53 as main with Pro hurricane 18 at 50 as cross.
    Anything completely wrong with this esperiment????
