I 'm interested in buying the new Asics Gel Resolution shoes.
Who can tell how the Asics Gel Resolution play on artifically grass? Do they have enough grip? I would like to hear any comments about those shoes.

Just bought a pair today and played in them within hours of picking them up. I still can't believe how Asics managed to pack this level of support into a shoe this light. I suspect TW has he weight of the shoe listed incorrect. This shoe is nowhere near 15 oz. Others list it at 13.2. I swear by the CC Feather II but wanted to try something with a little more heel support. I expected to give up a lot of manuverability but this shoe is amazing. Although blue is myfavorite color, I wish they had toned it down a little. I'll definitely be rocking them on the 4th f July!!!!

I never play grass but the outsole looks well suited for a number of surfaces given the varied tread patterns.

    Get em!!!!

How is the sizing on these shoes? I find that the running shoes run about a half size small. Is that also the case with these?

Yes, Asics tennis shoes run a half size small, too.

    Asics...what?!

I agree w/ Orion's original comments. Very supportive for a lightweight shoe. 8) Even moreso than the Adidas CC Feather II's. One time on a quick change of direction, my left foot actually fell out of a CC Feather II...! Also, I've got pretty wide feet and the Gel Resolution's accommodate them just fine. I dig the Azurri Blue, but I wish Asics would release a new color for the spring. Finally, the only tour pro I've seen where Asics is Richard Gasquet. Can you think of anyone else...?
