    Hi all
I'm hesitant to buy one model or another
You think that is better than GR5 GR4

I have the opportunity to buy one or the other and I like design of both equally

    thanks

I have played a lot in the GR4 and 6 or 8 sets in the GR5. I like both. Can't go wrong with the $80 price of the GR4.

GR5s are a better fit for me. I can still fit into the GR4s but they seem longer and fractionally narrower.

As for buying one or the other, why not buy both? You can rotate them so that they don't end up smelly. It's not as if one pair won't eventually wear out anyway (thus necessitating you buying a 2nd pair).

I just went from 4 to 5. I like the 5s alot. Im hoping the 5s will last longer, the 4s lasted 3-4 months. So far the 5s feel better, but as torres/tyler said, the 4s are a great deal at $80!

I can't comment on the GR5's as I've never wore them.

I can say that the GR4's are my favorites out of all the GR's that I've owned, and I just bought another pair of the 4's as I don't see how the GR 5's could be $50.00 better than the 4's.

Of course Like George Costanza, I'm very careful with money.

    IE: CHEAP

If money's no object, try both.

    Good luck with your decision.........

I have both. Worn my GR4's about 5 times, my GR5's twice. I normally wear 10.5, bought 10's in GR4's, 10.5 in GR5's. I like them both but I think the GR5's are a little more comfortable for me. As mentioned above, I'm using them in a rotation. I do love the price of the GR4's but if I had to buy another pair, I would buy the 5's.

As an FYI, but keep in mind all feet are different, I wear an 11 in GR4 and an 11.5 in the GR5. Whether people need to change sizes may vary, but for sure the length is more true in the newer ones.

the 4s are my shoes of choice atm. But once these wear out I'm jumping on the 5s.

I wore my 4's again last night....I was really re-impressed. Foot hugging, great cushioning and comfort. I think I will stock up now that they are $69 for the black/green and grey/orange. I got my wife a pair of the TW exclusive wild colors, and she loves them!!
    I now think the 4 > the 5.

Glad you posted this, I hadn't realized they'd dropped further, so I just ordered another pair of the grey/orange.

Thanks for the heads up on the price drop.

    I just ordered the grey/orange gr4's a week ago for $79.99.

Any chance TW price matches if their own prices drop within a certain time period?

    Thanks
