Any Aussie posters know? It's not being covered by TennisTV.com and none of the betting sites are streaming it - will there be TV coverage in Aus?

There's definitely tennis on 7 but I think it starts on Monday the 2nd and not the 1st.

Thanks mate - much appreciated. Hopefully the TV coverage somehow finds its way on to the web. I contacted the tournament and they have confirmed they are not running any bona fide livestream coverage.

There has to be a way the pro tours can use streaming to market the game better, very poor IMHO

My suspicion is that the online betting companies may have control over a lot of sports streaming, but I don't really know.

I am sure there will be. Kei Nishkori and his good friend Ryan Harrison is already there practicing together.

I'm hoping that the channel 7two coverage somehow makes it onto the net. Murray is also in Brisbane - he plays Tuesday, a Murray v Harrison match would be cool - I don't think they've met.

Well, they pay for the streams. The usual free streams we watch don't , so the quality varies...but sometimes we get lucky and it's very good, but usually not.

It costs very little to join a betting site such as bet365 or Bwin, but you have to have a credit card and be over age 18.
