Is Nalbandian retired secretly or something?

Well the draw looks pretty tricky for Federer with Safin, Ferrero, Ferrer and Soderling in the same quarter and Djokovic in the same half.

I think the most dangerous opponent for Federer in his quarter of the draw could be Hrbaty. He is the kind of player that can bother Federer, not Ferrero, Safin, Soderling...on clay. Also, Hrbaty has a 2-0 record against Federer (but their meetings were in 2000 and 2004). At least he will be confident and not afraid to play against him. Let´s see who is the qualifier to play against Hrbaty.

Federer could win it as Hamburg was the first MS event he ever won in 2002 and he also won it in 2004 and 2005 but Nadal wasn't playing in any of them.

I'm going to go on a limb and say G. Canas, but Federer has a very easy draw. Unless the real Safin shows up, which I doubt.

My picks are Robredo and Davydanko, IMO Robredo has more ability to win there but may want to save himself for the FO while Davydanko will have all the desire in the world not to mention a great ability.

Fed vs Rafa final. Then its either a straight set win for rafa, or a very tight 3 set win for fed.

Do you think this is where Robredo falls out of the top 10? He won this tournament last year, and Nadal and Federer are in, so...

If Nadal doesn't play, Fed should win this. Hamburg seems to bring him success. If Nadal plays, he'll win. The man is a machine, totally unreal on the red stuff.

Baghdatis was leading Kohlschreiber 3-0 with a break up and he managed to give it back immediately :x

Now it's 4-3 for him and Kohlschreiber serving.

Baghdatis seems to have mastered the art of self destruction. He lost the 1st set 5-7 while being 3-0 ahead and now he lost many chances of breaking and was broken after that to trail 2-3 while Kohlschreiber is serving for the 2-4.
