It's just in comparison to Djokovic's draw, since either he or Fed could have gotten it, and Djoker got the cake draw both times.

Berd and Ferrer are not exactly "cake" either, especially Berd whom none of the disingenuous Fed fans would refer to as "cake" if he happened to be in Fed's quarter...

Sorry, but for Cvac, they are as Little Debbie as one can get. Neither one of those guys will even take a set off of him. That's if either one of them can even make it far enough to play him.

It's all about match-ups and keeping that in mind, Djokovic got the best deal possible for him personally. Fed on the other hand owns Ferrer, who is 0-14 against him and Murray has a positive H2H, so that little fact alone certainly makes things a lot harder for Fed than they could have been. He would most likely beat Ferrer even on a bad day and I don't think the same can be said for Murray.

Sure but that doesn't mean Djoko's draw is "cake". Berd is not a "cake" opponent in slams these days. And I think Tsonga is rather the easier of the 2 even for another top player than Fed, at this point. Murray would sure take Tsonga over Berd or Delpo as well. To me, Djoko and Murray have the toughest QF opponent. Tsonga hasn't been very convincing recently.

A Berdy quarter and Tipsy/Ferrer semi is a joke slam draw, Fed would sign up for that permanently.

I don't know if he'd sign up for it but Berd in his quarter has meant an early ride back home for him in 2 slams already...

Tsonga on a good day is much harder for Djokovic than Berdych. ;) As I said, all about match-ups.

Tsonga hasn't been a threat for Djoko in quite a while...
