In front of my computer, obviously
do you mean the streaming or the playoff? They already do a playoff, but I honestly think they would prefer it flies under the radar and they won't look into streaming it anytime soon.

the number 1 seed can play, too.. Groth has possibly the biggest serve I have ever seen, but some, umm, issues on court that hamper his success...

He is playing Marinko Matosevic who is #2 seed. so i don't think Groth is the #1 seed. Groth hit a serve around 150 mph. because announcer said nobody including the umpire saw the ball.

4-year All-American at Tennessee, just graduated in May. In collegiate circles, we used to say he looked like Gomer Pyle.

I meant the number one seed, Greg Jones, can play, then I went to talk about Sam Groth, but I see how it could easily be read the other way, sorry, my bad.

It's not the first time I've seen a wedgetail eagle at the AO complex either. They showed a handler with one at some point in the broadcast of this year's AO. I think they said they're used to control the seagull population in the suroundings.

I remember one match where some seagull/eagle feathers were falling at Rod Laver's arena too, I think it was a Nadal match.

That' ok. looks like Greg will win this one. Sam Groth's backhand seems to be a liability. he hit some horrible looking backhands by the Professional standards:???:

I haven't heard of any streaming coverage for the USTA Australian Open Wild Card Playoffs. I'm headed to Atlanta to cover the Wild Card Playoffs. There should be twice daily updates on TennisMaryland.com with interviews, and 'exclusive' match video/press conference coverage on youtube.

Indeed. I'd be pissed after being taken for the citizenship ride by jarmilla.

When Phillipousis attempted AO playoff comeback, sam made it known oncourt that mark was washed has been and wanted to go him. Disrespectful.

A mark injury followed very soon after.

Well, yes, the Jarmilla thing must be pretty darn galling...

I would love to see James Duckworth win today, and Ash Barty is the future of Australian tennis, golly, she was even born here!

He was a part of the very successful oz junior DC team.

He has rapidly improving form (smashed polish / italian futures circuits, ok beginning in challengers) and is now living up to his promise.
