Just wondering I anyone has tried this combo. Currently using Klip Legend/Outlast in a Blade 98 @ 51/46. I really like this combo but I keep reading a bunch of good things about B5E. Thanks in advance.

I tried B5E mains with cheap gut crosses and vice versa. The sharp edges of the B5E crosses snapped the gut in 3 sets. You will probably be better off going with a smooth slick poly cross. I do like B5E mains with a multi cross, that is a great setup.

You still recommend Genesis Thunderblast as a cross? What other multi would you recommend as a cross with B5E?
I like B5E full bed at low tension but in rackets with not more than 67 stiffness rating, generally speaking.

B5E is average at best and like Mikeler mentioned, go with round poly for the cross.

B5E & Natural Gut is a bad combo...
Try Mosquito Bite with Natural Gut...you will get much better results.
