Ok so my normal shock absorber is the Wilson "W" and I love it on my BLX 6.1 95's but since I only have 2 of those, and I have three racquets, I wanted to get a third shock absorber. So I went the pro shop at my academy and they're Babolat sponsored so they don't have anything Wilson so I decided to just get a package of Babolat Cosmic Dampener (the alien head ones) and I put it on my racquet. It felt to me like the rubber it was made of was softer than the rubber in the "W"s. When I played with it it seemed like the feel was better, even less vibration and the racquet just seemed softer in general. Has anyone else experienced a difference between different dampeners? Specifically these two if anyone has used them both.

    thanks

The Wilson Pro Feels have a very different feel of dampening.
