Does anyone still hit with the Hurricane strings? I understand that even Rafa has changed to a multi-thread string. I have used Hurricane for a while and at first it felt like hitting with a 2 x 4 but now I like the extra pop and spin. Are these strings outdated though? Is there a string that is better at imparting power and spin? That's what I'm looking for.

I still use the pro hurricane tour in a hybrid and its great, the spin is great and its comfy in a hybrid. I know Nadal has changed his strings but he never used the Hurricane tour, he used the Duralast.

Rafa does not use a Multi thread string. He is reported to be using RPM Blast a monofilament with an octagonal shape.
