Babolat Razor Spin

    I just bought five sets of Babolat Razor Spin string and i havent tried it out yet, does anyone know if this string lasts a while?

    It is very soft and elastic. It actually reminds me of Prince Synthetic Gut while stringing, though I have never played with Prince Syn Gut. I cross it with Polymono and the Razor Spin broke before the mains even had any real notches. I would not necessarily recommend putting them in the mains unless you don't break strings often, string your own rackets, or don't mind breaking strings every 1.5 - 2.5 weeks (my guess as to how long they would have lasted me in mains). I hit with a lot of power and spin, though, too. They have a good feel and good spin early on, but then the texture wears off and they are just a soft syn gut.

    BTW, after some playing, the texture wrap will start to fray and unravel from around the core. I used nail clippers to get rid of the stray pieces.
