Warranty card is missing when I bought my Babolat Mens Team All Court 3 months ago. Give another 2 months and I will be sending this back for its 6 months warranty. Anyone know where to get a warranty card? the only thing I have now is the actual sales receipt. Would Babolat accept this without the card and where do you send it?

    Thanks,

    You can contact him.

    Vinny D’Andrea

I used to contact him for returns of my broken APDC. You may need to return it to their authorized dealers, like Sport Chalet, Goldsmith, etc.

If you live in Canada Forget about it.I purchased my pp2's in Toronto and wondered why my pp2's came with no card considering that TW has a warranty with Babo's.After three months I blew a hole and contacted the Babo rep in Canada. He mentioned to me that warranty shoes will no longer be available to Canadian residence due to the high cost of frieght.I even tried emailing babo but got no reply.Good luck finding a card.

I bought mine a while back and I don't remember them coming with a warranty. I wonder if this was before TW offered it on these shoes. Hmmm

You may go to your local authorized dealers of Babolat, and have them to send it to Babolat for evaluation. Babolat won't accept returns by you.

That's what I did for my cracked APDC. I had Sport Chalet to send it back to Babolat, and I just paid $5 for shipping. After 8 weeks, I got a brand new one. Sport Chalet called me to pick it up at the store. But you have to call Sport Chalet every other week to follow up.
