Has anyone emailed Babolat USA Mail server lately? I tried emailing Nate Bickle to order parts, but the emails come back as an error. I tried just emailing the info@babolatusa.com address, but that gets bounced too.

    Anyone know what's going on?

    Albert,
    Did you try calling: 1 877 316 9435

Maybe down, maybe something changed, maybe their email filters?

I need to contact them as well. I tried calling the number but it just tells me to enter a pin # and then hit the pound key...

really awkward... did they shut down in colorado?

    Calling Nate Bickel

Mike: Thanks for replying. I called the regular toll-free number and used ext 117 for Nate. I left several messages, but he never seems to call anyone back, ever.

Not sure what I need to do to get Nate to call anyone back.

    Time to email his supervisor!

Hey Albert, if you can find out a number where I can reach Babolat concerning a re-order sheet for my players package that would be great.

Nate has proven to me time and again that he does not return calls. This may be a result of being overwhelmed after taking over for an outstanding Ken Farris, I don't know. It took me months to finally get a starting clamp! I finally got a call back when I complained on the main Babolat voicemail that I was having trouble getting a call back from Nate. Maybe that will work for you as well.

Do you have his Boss' contact info?
He is not putting a positive outlook on Babolat. Failure to at least acknowledge makes me mad. I would call the 800 number and start hitting extensions until I get someone who will get to the bottom of things. Starting with 0#.

My last three attempts to contact Babolat with some warranty issues have never been returned. It's really hard to accept such poor customer service from a major racket company.

Got a reply from Nate Bickel

Finally got two replies and parts prices from Nate.

The problem was the wrong email address. So, when emailing Nate use:

    nbickel@babolatusa.com

This seems to work. Give it a try,

    Albert

Or, maybe Nate just S-U-C-K-S? Not the first time there has been a consensus on his lack of responsiveness.
