Last Sunday, I was practicing serves with a can of brand new Wilson balls. I left them at the fence and was standing outside the court chatting with someone for 10 minutes (my back was to the court). I saw two guys from the next court walk past with their bags, done with their match. I turned around, and the balls were gone. The guy I was chatting with said he also noticed them cross but could not say for sure if they had gone to the fence and pocketed the balls. Some mixed doubles league players from another club were also around. What kind of world do we live in if a guy cannot leave his new balls on the court, when he is a few feet away and his bag is clearly still on the bench? That is why I try my best to avoid opening a can of new balls during social play. Most people do not deserve them.
