Ok, so I'm going to buy a new pair of shoes in the upcoming days. Like in the title, I've narrowed it down between the Barricade V(shanghai),Air Max Breathe Cage II & Lacoste Gravitate. I'm currently using the barricade IV and they're solid but I wouldn't necessarily mind changing. I don't have any experience with the nikes and none with the lacoste's. Anyone have experience with the gravitate? I don't play as much as I used too, now I'm mostly coaching. It's gonna be for hardcourts but I do play at times on the clay.

    Thanks

Air Max Breathe Cage II's are the best in my opinion. I am actually in you same situation (hard courts and sometimes clay), and I have these shoes. They have good durability (6 month guarantee) and pretty good traction and stability.

I own Barricades and Cage IIs.

Alot of people tell me the Lacoste shoes are only for the name, plus I'm curious to know why Lacoste sponsored players (Roddick, Gasquet) don't wear them.

Cage IIs are the clear winner, I just wear my Shanghai's whenever lol.

Yeah that's also a thing that kinda "worries" me in a way, that not a single pro player uses them lol
