    Hello America !

I have just picked up tennis again – after years of too much work and other boring stuff. And I quess a lot has changed when it comes to rackets ...

I used to play with Prince Classic Graphite 90 – and tons of others rackets.

I like to really crunch the ball from the baseline – with lots of topspin. And to go for serveaces.

So: Can you please recommend the best baseline/topspin racket on the market today ?!

I loved the mentioned POG and I am thinking of getting some new ones. Unless you have some other strong candidates ...

    Thank you !

    Pffft, like I'd know
Personally, I would just stick with the POG, most "modern" racquets that will be suggested will have nowhere near the weight, control, and comfort of the POG.

The Prince Graphite Classic 90 that you've mentioned is still one of the best and most popular racquet today.

Sounds like you should try out the Babolat Pure Drive. very powerful racket which is great for spin. I don't use a lot of topspin on my shots so I couldn't handle all the pop and hit a lot of balls long with it. It as a beauty to serve with. Lots of pop and control on serves. Great for spin serves to.

POG longbody if you like extra length racquets. Ridiculous spin.

The Babolat Pure Drive Roddick sounds like a good fit for you. Serves great and has access to lots of spin!

aeropro drive (+). alittle unstable so u may want to add some lead to it. its feel is probablly going to be very different from the POG.

or the aeropro drive w/ cortex. havnt tried it but looks like its going to be a good stick (although it doesnt literally look good; looks ugly IMO)

My suggestion is to try all the racquets recommended by all the posters in this thread so you can come to truly appreciate your POG 90.

I went through all the Wilson pro staffs PS85,PS90,n90 and k90 and my mid-POG performs as well but with a little more spin. POG is lighter too. Stick with the POG.

I´m a topspin baseliner and I love the way my DNX V1 from Volkl plays.

Thank you for all your input ! I've read it with great interest !!!

I demoed the O3 Red tonight - and it was amazing ! It gives some extra speed for free - so I could concentrate on giving the ball all the spin I wanted. And serving with it was just fantastic; flat or topspin serves ...
    I'll try the O3 Tour tomorrow ...

The Prince TT Warrior is the ultimate spin racquet, a little lacking in power, but still has the most spin potential of any racquet (IMO).
