What percentage of the female population would actually fall into this category of being wealthy enough so you wouldn't have to work? Of course there is this problem that you have to get these women to want to marry you. I think if everyone was given this advice only a very small percentage would be able to do so.

Thru approximate 4 year periods, I vacilate between living single and homeless, but enough to windsurf, bike, snowboard, and play some tennis besides surfing, and then living with a g/f who has a nice house and a need for companionship with a slight emphasis towards sports and relaxing.
I'm 64. Average yearly income, close to $3,000.
Average yearly income of most of my g/f's, $120,000, even 25 years ago.

In an ideal world, I"D have some money, a nice drive in apartment near the beach, and NOT be disabled with torn tendons in my ankle.
Life can be a bi.ch sometimes though.
