What's the best combination of strings that dont hurt you arm, and give you lots of spin? I'm using a Yonex RDX 500 Mid.

agreed. most would say spin is 90% technique- including type of grip (and I don't mean Gamma or Prince-- I mean semi-western, western, etc.), 8% racquet, 2% string. I could be off by a % or two but... do a search on "string spin" on this board and you will see that this is the consensus (though not these exact numbers) and that this topic has been discussed mucho.

Aside from all of this, a thinner guage string will open up the stringbed more and provide you more bite on the ball allowing you more spin.
