Just fell in love with my new mains: Signum Pro Poly Megaforce 17L (1.19). Could not be happier. Currently using it with Gosen OG Sheep. I'm not a breaker of strings but hit the ball pretty aggressively. I'm wondering what most of you use in your crosses. I'd like to find something a little more livelier than the OG Sheep.

    Any input would be appreciated.

Well, the cheap that I have used has been pretty good with these mains. I'm wondering if a few extra bucks would make a huge difference.

So far I've had good success with PSGD when using it with a soft poly. If you can spend some money on the other hand, don't really break strings, and are using a stiffer poly, Xcel has worked well to soften it up. Just my opinion for two crosses I've used with poly.

here are some of my strings, not all of these are good on crosses but for the most part i find the:
    forten nylon
    technifiber syntgut
    babolat superfine play
    gosen og sheep micro

are good on the crosses, altough, each at their own tension, for example, the technifiber syntgut is good to me at 58lbs, also the forten
but the babolat is best to me at 56lbs, its harder and thus requires less tension for a good feel,,, to me,,
