Damn, around here the only Yonex things you can get are badminton raquets. No tennis or apparel. I like the apparel but shipping is too much from TW to Canada.

For that job if I was 16 I'd like it. I only like the classic Adidas shoes though. I had a job where I sold hockey equipment and sharpened skates....that was the closest I had to sports.

My first job was working for a country club when I was 14 until I was in college. I was helping set up golf clinics, workshops, demo days, tournaments, etc in VA Beach. I met local pros, sales execs, and the like in this job. I got free stuff like balls, gloves, extremely reduced prices on clubs (bought my Cleveland irons this way) and tested irons and wedges and gave reviews on unreleased clubs (did this with Callaway fusion and FT series clubs, 1st gen. Titliest Vokey wedges, 1st gen. Odyssey white hots, cleveland gunmetal irons and wedges). That was a great job. Congrats on Adidas man. Enjoy it.

Mmm I have worked in tennis stores/centres stringing racquets and found it to get quite tedious/boring....Right now I get free pizza and pasta for delivering pizza? Hehe. I don't think my accounting job has any perks...

well im a sales assoc. i pretty much just work cash register, help people pick out shoes for whatever sport they are looking for, suggest things to people looking for a certain type of sports wear. When i told them in the interview i played tennis...alot, the general manager was like nice we need someone knowing and playing tennis to help our tennis shoppers. so thats even beter for me. also on top of the pay and nice discount, i get a bonus a few times out of the year if our store does well...which it has been.

TTK is a very nice European brand (German?) if I'm not mistaken. They're equipment is quite pricey so it's good to know that stuff is free!

I work at the local fast food joint for minimum wage, with no bonuses to my salary. I also break out 5 times a month, and my skin reeks of french fry grease even AFTER I shower.
My mother can't bear the stench enough to embrace me, and my younger brother calls me Oscar the Grouch.
But I DO get one menu item free a week, so it's KIND OF like being sponsored?
    By food stamps...
I hope you enjoy working, JERK.

I'm just kidding, I teach 5 year-olds how to play tennis. Apparently, my kids can place the ball like Roger Federer if I offer them a candy bar for hitting me.

Edit: OP, you're not a jerk. I really was kidding.
