Dr. Scholl's sport gel has worked ok for me. Is there anything else better out there?

I thought the gel insoles to be a bit heavy.

Spenco ones they sell on TW are pretty good and not that expensive.

I like the NB ultimate arch supports, at least for high arched people like me, and they add alot of extra cushioning for knees. About $25 at NB outlets and stores.

I wanted to know that as well since I am using scholl sport gel for sometime without any problem. I don't think they weight too much for cushion insole. I don't think any replace insole can give you more cushion if your shoes are 12-15 months old. SHT303 doesn't offer much cushion even after replacing factory insole at 12 months time and put scholl sports insole. But after 3 months I felt some pain in knees so time to retire sht 303 after 15 months on court and road use.

I checked out the e-sole and superfeet web sites, looks like very high quality, but I think I will try the spenco's on the tw site, same price as dr scholl's, hopefully even better?
