i was wondering if Yulittle or anybody else, could tell me what the best string pattern is for most frames. in general which string pattern puts the least amount of stress on rackets. i play with an aeropro drive and i use the around the world pattern with no starting clamp. does this not put too much stress on my frame?

    all help is appreciated

i think all stringing patterns puts equal amount of stress on the racquet, in terms of magnitude.

The more important question is how that stress is distributed. I can't think of a way to put it in to words but an example of it in practice is where you string top down for a lot of Head Racquets

Top down is the best. Like your around the world pattern.

Most frames can take bottom to top these days but it still should not be done...any other pattern that has the crosses start at the top is fine..
