Yonex supergrap and wilson pro seem to be the pick of the overgrip crop. I use the former and its much cheaper where I am.

Wilson Leather Replacement Grip or that hybrid one. For overgrips, i choose either Wilson Pro OverGrip, X-Tra Tac ( Wilson ), Tourna Grip.

TW leather is top notch leather, while my absolute favorite synthetic is the Wilson shock shield.

Overgrips depend on what conditions I'm playing. Right now I'm loving the Wilson Pro for indoors where I'm not drenched in sweat, but for outdoor I need Tourna XXL, for when I'm sweating like crazy. :)

I'm with you here. Touragrip in the summer, Yonex Supergrap or Wilson Pro in cooler conditions.

I like the TW thin/thin leather and wilson ultra wrap over grip. The Wilson ultra wrap I get at Wal-mart it's cheap and long lasting. I don't know who else sells it.

Gamma Supreme OG is actually the best overgrip I've tried so far.

It's super durable, and it's lasted me about 2 months of bi-weekly play. Additionally, it actually keeps the tack equivalent to Wilson Pro OG on day 2, the entire time.

This is a seriously underrated grip, and it lasts soo much longer than Wilson Pro.

I use the same as above. Bab Skin Feel is the best synthetic replacement grip in my opinion. Gamma Supreme OG is great too - good price on the 30 pack too.

I play in the high desert where the lack of humidity keeps me from sweating too bad.

    In order of preference:
    - White Wilson Pro OG
    - White Gamma Supreme
    - White Prince DuraTac+
    - White Yonex SuperGrap

though I could use any of them and be ok. The important thing is white. I've tried various ones in black and the Gamma in orange but the white really do feel better.

I have some Tourna sitting in the bag for next time I play somewhere hot and humid, which will probably be quite a while from now.

I haven't replaced my grips so I don't have input there.

Surely it depends what feel you want when you grip the racquet and the weather conditions.

In the cooler weather I have opted for Wilson Pro, purely because of the tackier overgrips, I have found this the best.

But my preferred choice for an overgrip is classic Tourna. In the warmer weather this feels really nice and I never get any soreness on my hand.

Underneath I just have the original grip that is on the racquet. I always use a 4 1/4 grip with an overgrip, so apart from when I change overgrips, the normal grip never sees the light of day.

Wilson Pro overgrip -- white. The white seems to hold its tack better than other colours for me. Don't know why. It looks dirty but it works. Only lasts me about 5 sets though.

I like leather underneath. Wilson or Donnay.

Winter - cold/dry = Yonex supergrap, wilson pro...lately I'm using Signum Pro Tour grip which is very cheap for a 30 pack here in Europe. Thin and durable...just the way I like it :).

    Summer - hot/humid = nothing beats tournagrip.

I usually use leather under the overgrip. Babolat, Volkl, Dunlop, TW, Vantage leather grips are all OK by me.

Edit. This doesn't belong in the racquets section.

The leather doesn't matter - nobody is touching it anyways! And it has to be tourna - in any weather!

My pick has always been any leather undergrip with overgrip of either tourna xl tac or yonex supergrap (when I feel like having any other colour other than blue) (y)

Two Tournagrips on the bare handle most of the year. In the winter months, the outer Tournagrip is replaced with a Wilson Pro or TournaTac.

I've found a new love for the Dunlop leather. With a Yonex Supergrap or Volkl equivalent.

On my sticks that have a slightly larger pallet, I love the Bab Skin Feel without an overgrip.

On all others, whatever topped by good ol' Tourna.

TW leather grip is awesome in that it comes in a thinner version. With a regular leather grip it feels like the grip size increases a bit. Leather doesn't absorb sweat so well & my overgrip gets too damp sometimes but leather underneath feels better than synthetic IMO.

The synthetic that stands out to me is Babolat Skin Feel as it is noticeably thinner and lighter. It helps me keep the weight down of rackets that I already feel are borderline too heavy in stock form. It also helped keep my grip size in check when I added strips of thick tape to the handle of my Volkl to make it feel less rectangular/more like a standard grip shape.

Overgrips I like Yonex Super Grap & Wilson Pro. I prefer the Yonex because it comes in darker colors & as an added bonus is slightly cheaper. The wilson is only available in light colors the last time I checked & gets too dirty looking before its even worn out.

Have heard about this before as well. Gamma grips were horrible in the past (the worst I ever tried, both replacement and overgrips) but I'm going to give the Supreme OG a try next time.
