Figured I would get into one of the two so curious about people's opinions.
I do Pilates a little bit and it helped improve my core strength.
Not sure abt yoga.
Either/or. They both strengthen your core heavily which benefits you tremendously on the courts. I'd probably have to give an edge to Yoga since Yoga increases your flexibility more than pilates.
