Bigger Head grip pallets, or do I need custom?

I have big hands. A 4 1/2 grip feels like a toothpick. I generally start with a 4 5/8 grip that has the standard thick Head grip it on, then I build up the top and bottom of the grip with 2 layers of thin, dense 2-sided foam tape, then I wrap it with an overgrip. It probably works out to 4 7/8 at least.

Anyone know if Head makes a 4 7/8 pallet for the flexpoints? If so, where might I be able to get some?

Someone told me I could send my racquets to Racquet Maxx and they could make some custom grips for me, but their website says they are at some tournament and not doing any racquet customizations for awhile.

Just wondering what my options are here. I'm sick of messing around with the foam tape, etc.

You could also try using balsa wood, which doesn't weigh a lot and doesnt compress, either.
