Howdy, all. About 3 weeks ago, I developed some pain on the outside of my right knee (or somewhere near there). This happened when I went for a jog. Anyway, a few days later, I went jogging again, and the pain was back. After about of 5 min of jogging, I could feel it. So for the next week or so, I didn't jog. Instead, I walked more and rode the exercise bike. Lucky for me, I could do those things. Only running gives me that pain. And here I am now (pretty much a week later). I tried jogging again, but after 5 min, I could feel the pain. I'm really frustrated. I thought this pain would've ended by now, but no. Should I be worried? I just thought I'd ask you guys 1st. Thanks.
