    I was just looking at Borgs Player Profile

    Bjorn Borg must be the greatest clay courter of all time,
    look at the way he won Roland Garros in 1978

    Whether or not his is the all-time best, there was certainly more of a gap between him and his peers than any time before or since. No one expect maybe Vilas thought they even had a chance (well, except Adriano Panatta!). It was total intimidation. Wilander has stated that if B.B. had chosen the enter the French in 1982 he would have had no chance.

    Borg also did not lose a set at the 1980 RG.
