Every time I start back up from taking a break they come back because it isn't used to it. I started back up in November and I got it. Then I took a break in December and it pretty much was going away and I started back up a few days ago and it broke open again. It's so frustrating.

Any tips or help would be great...

Also works well for tennis elbow, as it so happens.

Try something like Dermabond, Liquid Skin, Liquid Bandage, etc.

The stuff is great for protecting half formed blisters, sealing cracks in dry skin or adding a little protection on spots band-aids won't stick, like hands and feet.
