Like the guy a few topics down, I keep getting blisters on my thumb if I haven't played a lot in a while. My palm is also starting to tear (because of gripping the racket too low, and the buttcap scratching my palm. I haven't played "seriously" for a while now, just helped out with a younger class. So now that I try, I have a partially forming blister on my thumb, and a teared palm O_O. Any help?

You are new so I will be kind. There is a Heath and Fitness section for these types of threads. Also, you can try searching "blister" to find a myriad of posts on this topic. The OP of the other thread knows better. Your welcome.
