The only unexpected thing that has happened so far is Serena winning the Oz. The rest of the year is so predictable. Nadal is going to have his clay season success and everyone will be arguing about Federer's "greatness". Federer will win everything else but the French.

I actually think that the WTA might have more stories this year than the ATP. There are some revived characters like Serena, a divorced Henin who probably has some angst she wants to take out on someone, a possible Venus comeback, Shriekapova trying to prove herself, Martina trying to prove coming out of retirement was worth it, and Mauresmo trying to prove she wasnt a 2-slam wonder.

What do you think? To me, this season has been so dry so far and the wait for the next slam seems too long. I've been so bored since the Oz. You people seem like you're bored too with all these Sampras threads....
