His logo is equivalent to Jordan's Jumpman logo. You recognize it instantly!

"Boris Becker finally got revenge for one of his most painful losses when he saved two match points to defeat Thomas Muster 7-6, 5-7, 13-11 (Champions’ Tie-Break) on day one of the BlackRock Tennis Classic.

In front of 8,000 people at the Rothenbaum Club in Hamburg, Becker rolled back the years as he pummelled Muster with the sort of power-hitting that took him to three Wimbledon titles."

I bet more people were in the stands for this than the Hewitt-Davydenko match.

It was a sweet victory for Becker, who had suffered the heart-break of losing the Monte Carlo final to Muster in 1995 despite leading by two sets to love and holding match points. He never managed to win a clay court title.

The German took the first set on a Tie-Break with some outrageous winners, but Muster ground his way back into the match.

When the Austrian led 9-7 in the deciding third set Champions’ Tie-Break, Becker’s chance seemed to have gone. But, a forehand into the net followed by a Muster double-fault kept Becker alive, and he eventually squeezed over the finish-line 13-11.

    “I enjoyed it,” said Becker.

“I enjoyed the fact that I was able to play for over two hours with one of my toughest rivals. We have a lot of memories of playing each other on that surface (clay), although his are better than mine! It was good to turn it around and I was pleased with the whole performance.”

    On Friday:
Karel Novacek d. Boris Becker W/O (calf injury)

Boris doesn't play very often, so this isn't surprising.

I noticed only this morning the local Club Pro wearing a v-neck woolen vest... actually looked quite professional, and yet at the same time a little odd.
