    Hi all

WOW, I like this new message board! Thanks TW.

Some years ago, my roommate showed me his cool looking head racquet and told me that it's great because it's so light. Withoug any knowledege of tennis, we went to a local sport shop and I picked up a Head Racquet Titanium Ti S-5. Now 2 years later, I play with PS6.0 95 or Ti radical. What happened to my very first racquet, Ti S-5? It was TOO light although it looks so nice and provides good feel. Now I am considering whether selling it or shave its grip off (from 1/2 to 1/4 or 1/8 if possible) for my wife who has pretty but small hands. But I heard that those kinds of racquets has very thin walled handle. Have anyone tried this? Please let me know. Thanks

That's a lot to try and shave off and invariably shaving a foam pallet doesn't end well.

Just get her a new racquet or find a new woman with big hands. Just be careful to check that the new big-handed woman doesn't also have an Adam's apple.

Bumped from 2004. I'm pretty sure the original poster has found his solution.
