if your racquet broke.. and you wanted to send it back to the company for a brand new one.. do you have to send proof of purchase? or can you just mail the racquet to them?

well most warranties usually cover for 1 year, so you'll need a receipt.

You have to bring it back to the store where you bought it along with your receipt. If the manager thinks that your claim is covered by the warranty, then he'll make an arrangement with the manufacturer to have it replaced.

not the store that i work at..

we send all of our racquets back, no matter what it looks like, i believe stores do not actually inspect the racquet and decide whether it should be replaced or not. the techs at the company decide that.
