Would this be beneficial if I wanted to get stronger in a shorter amount of time? I know I still have to work as hard; just wanted to see what this would do for me.

for me all it does is give me more energy. which means it can give you more pump and reps to put in for each set. it also carries a little bit of creatine so yes it can help you. but then again everyone is different.

Well, I just recently joined the Evert Academy here in Florida and we do some kind of fitness everyday; I was thinking just take it 30 minutes before and I'll get bigger and stronger faster? (I'm pretty skinny, so I am wondering if this will work)

It's a good burst of energy, and it will help you in your workouts. Just make sure you don't have it with food. Empty stomach only.

I wouldn't waste my money. For $40.00, you know you are getting ripped off. I'm sure this stuff is all hype. If you want a boost try some cheap caffeine pills.

From what I know, creatine MIGHT work. Protein immediately after exercise MIGHT prove to have a strength and muscle building effect. No conclusive evidence exists for any of this stuff.

Caffeine would not be beneficial to me simply because after fitness, I have 3 hours of tennis directly following. I would be much too tired. (even if I was not tired after that, I would probably crash before the afternoon session of tennis)

I wouldn't waste money on no-xplode, as it is all hype, as another poster mentioned. About a year ago now, no-xplode was chemically analyzed and found to have, get this, 0.00g of any creatine except basic creatine mono. None of that "CEM3" stuff that supposedly makes it superior to other creatine products. They are currently handling the lawsuit, and after that is settled, anyone that has bought no-xplode should be able to get full compensation.

creatine DOES work (well, unless you are a non-responder), it is proven.

and nitrous oxide just pumps you up and give you some energy, nothing muscle-building. It works through vasodilation, and guess what else does? viagra

For all of you saying that this stuff is hype, you've never had it, have you? It works, and CREATINE works.

See my post. It has been proven to be hype. All it is is NO2 and creatine mono packaged together with a higher sticker price, and BSN is LYING to you about what is in it.

I wouldn't take all that crap, even if it does work. I prefer not to put stuff into my body that has barely been studied.

Whey and creatine are all anyone needs. Even creatine is a stretch, only for the dedicated, not the weekend warriors.

It can help you in certain aspects. If you are looking to get bigger the only way to truely do that is to eat a lot of food. And work out hard. You can't get bigger if you don't eat. Products like No-Xplode help in giving you energy to workout. Pretty much it's a lot of caffene (around 200mg i think) to energize you. So if you think that caffene wouldn't be beneficial to you, then it's not for you. The theroy behind the nitric oxide in them is that it makes your blood vessels bigger so they can oxygenate your muscles so they don't fatigue as fast and can get those extra reps. The only way you will get noticeably stronger is if you lift weights. I wouldn't take this if you are not lifting weights regularly. It would just be a waste of money. You could just drink coffee or a rockstar to get the extra energy. As for creatine, you can buy a 500g tub of CEE for like $25

It does what it's supposed to. And that is because of the NO2 and Creatine Monohydrate. Unless you're here trying to tell me that creatine monohydrate doesn't do anything? In that case, you'd be very wrong. Marketers hype and exaggerate their products all of the time, especially in supplements. Muscle-Tech claims that their Cell-Tech product will give gains of 7 lbs in 7 days. Racquet companies claim that they have the newest and most effective racquet technology on the market. This is not something new. Have you tried NO-XPLOD? What did you find?

I have not tried no-xplod, but why would I, when all it is in no2 and creatine mono? I already take both of them and attain them for a MUCH lower cost.

Yeah, you can definitely get NO2 and Creatine Mono cheaper than BSN's NO-XPLOD. BSN tends to have higher priced supplements, anyways. However, since NO2 and Creatine are scientifically proven to have energy boosting effects, it can be concluded that NO-XPLOD works, yes?

You're arguing a moot point. Yes, it works, but you can get the exact same results for a fraction of the price, all the while never being pitched the "get swole lyke R0nniie" ****.

And I don't know what the hell you're arguing about. Obviously it's not "all hype" if it works, yes? And then you say "all it is is NO2 and creatine mono" like that's a bad thing. People who buy NO-XPLOD know exactly what they're going to get from the product. Simply put, a boost of energy. End of story.

Companies always exaggerate and their products and make up sh*t to market it. It happens everywhere, not just in supplements. See my post above.

Can I sell you some $50 lollipops? They taste the same as the $1 lollipops, but why would you pay less for the same product?

That is not what HYPE is. The product works. Because it is expensive does not mean it's hyped. Overpriced? Yes/maybe. But that is completely different from hyped.

Ok, a strength and muscle building effect greater than that of food ingested more than 3 hours later in the day. As of now, the increased benefit of a 30, 60, and 120 minute protein consumption window is speculation.

So we've established it's overpriced. Here's the hype; and take into consideration that this product has been analyzed and found to contain NO TRACE of CEM3:

There's your hype. Do I even need to link to BSN's ad campaigns with Ronnie Coleman?

You won't feel a thing after taking it 3 times.

Gaspari Nutrition Superpump250 is where it's at.

Also VPX NO Shotgun is the worst of them all.
