Looking for all around playability in a heavy frame (YT Speed 16x19 at 12.6 oz).

The mini reels of Sensation are a good deal at TW right now. $15.95 for three sets when you buy three reels.
You could also look at Pro's Pro Gutex Ultra and Golden Set Velvet.

What range in terms of $ would qualify as 'budget'? While what fortun8son says is true, I'd recommend trying sets of Isospeed Energetic, Pro Supex Maxim Touch, & Genesis Thunder Blast.

The Sensation deal will give you $6+ sets, while the Maxim Touch & Thunder Blast will yield 17 sets at $5+. As for Isopeed Energetic, 17 sets for $6+. As a bonus, depending on your racquet head size, you could save a little more change by getting 18, possibly 19 sets from a reel.

Edit: I'd also consider sets of Tourna's Irradiated and Quasi Gut. Both fall into the $90 - $120 range, so your top end would be $7/set.

Budget would be under 100 and preferably a bill of $10 or so lower. Thanks for the suggestions.

Dunlop Hexyfibre also falls into this category.
I agree with COPEY yhat you should try sets before pulling the trigger on a reel.
A couple of other 'budget' multis that may be more difficult to find in reels are Head Fibergel Power and Alphagut 2000.

Tried quasi gut, too soft for full bed. Good for hybrid but life is short as it will fray and break in a short time.

I have found that Alpha Hard Court Syn Gut was a better fit for me than Sensation or NXT was from Wilson. It's also more durable and performs better than Stamina. It's also the cheapest of all these strings. Give it a try.

Hexy fibre pops fast, but its a nice string. Nice bite.

Rip control price dropped, but its def not a string for everyone.

Tourna Quasi gut or Pro supex max touch. Both are pretty similar. Imo they have the best value.
