Burned Plastic

    I accidentally burned some plastic, and when I saw the smoke I held my breath and didnt breathe it

    Is it toxic if you smell the burned plasti?:confused:

    If it is, I'm sure it's not that bad. I've accidently done it too, and nothings ever happened.

    Nothing is going to happen. I've done it before and accidentally breathe it in.

    Actually......some cancers are thought to begin 10-20 years before they appear clinically, so there's really no way to know. For example, melanoma as an adult has been shown to correlate to a blistered sunburn as a child, so these processes can take many years.

    But that's only if you continuously doing it :cry: I'm a good boy! Well, one time, it was about a few years ago, a friend was dumb enough to light up a milk carton, he kicked it towards the tree while the plastic was burning. So me and another friend accidentally breathe it in... I hope I don't die..

    You guys are worrying me!

    don't worry about it, i mean its bad for you but u won't die from it; however, large sums can cause cancer
